well i finally have one picture of the mustache quilt.  oh i love it and the recipients loved it too!

kev's diner is open in our kitchen....eggs hash browns, toast and coffee. mmmmmmmm.  i love summer!  well the quilt is done but i dont have pictures to post...but i will. packing is in full gear, we are downsizing to a 5x8 trailer.  it feels really good but i still feel like we need to get rid of more. we had a yard sale and made 250 bones!  sweet.  here are a few summer shots!

quilts and colorado

most of my art time lately has been taken up by an awesome quilt i made...it was my first quilt ever and i will post pictures and details as soon as i send it out. it is a wedding gift.  :)  colorado is happening!  we are moving july 13th, my husband got a new teaching job and we are off! an adventure journal will be kept. i am writing that because then i have to keep the journal.  but for now i am sitting by the lake waiting to see my love tomorrow......

i have the hard drive hooked up today and i wanted to put up some of my favorite pictures from colorado.  i miss it and am keeping my fingers crossed that we will be back this summer!

we were going through our stockpile or buckets out in the garage to purge our stuff before we move and i found a bunch of art work i did in college. enjoy :)

i cant figure out how to turn these the right way....

some screen prints and a colorful pepper i want to hang in my kitchen someday :) when i have my own kitchen.....the last is a pizza i made, spinach mushrooms broccoli and goat cheese...there is a white sauce under the cheese.  it was so good

elephant

i recently made an elephant sitting in clouds for a girl at work.  it was for her friend that had a baby...she paid me for it and everything!!  what a big deal!  and the funny part was i kinds felt bad taking the money. i know i shouldnt and should take this sale and try to show my stuff more and sell it....  i only have one picture of this elephant and it's on the other computer...... as soon as i get a few pictures of it i will post it up....
