kaya does yoga. down dog. she goes over to the mat says yoga? i have to roll the mat out and then she does her down dog, although lately she has been just busting out down dog all over the place. we were in massachusetts for a few days while kev was in colorado, searching for jobs, and she did yoga at all the houses we went to. it is nice to see her more comfortable in a new place. now that she can run and do yoga there is no stopping her exploring!

we have been trying to set up a good shot of us in down dog together.....this is the best so far.
now off to enjoy a little coffee i made....cinnamon in the grounds mmmm
